How to Enroll at A3

Any student who attends A3 needs a transfer. Transfer forms are on the Springfield Public Schools website: https://www.springfield.k12.or.us/Page/6430

Please select the correct form, “Within District” or “Out of District”.

*Forms can not be dropped off at A3, we are not allowed to accept or forward transfer requests. You can return the form in the following ways:
  • Hand deliver to 640 A Street, Springfield, OR 97477
  • Scan form and send in email to Amy Stephens amy.stephens@springfield.k12.or.us
  • Fax form to 541-726-3316
  • Send via snail mail to 640 A Street, Springfield, OR 97477

Please note: A3 is one block away from Downtown Springfield LTD Station, there are no school buses for A3. All A3 students get LTD bus passes.

Transfer windows are open to both within and non-resident students.

Transfers 2023-24
Phase 2 Accepted: (March 1-June 25)

Phase 3 – Space Availability Transfers: Begin accepting August 1. NOTE: Phase 3 transfers will not be processed until after Fall registration is complete.

Requests must be submitted to the District Office either by regular mail, email, fax or hand delivery. Buildings cannot accept, nor forward transfer request forms. Please access the District website at www.springfield.k12.or.us for more information regarding student transfers and forms
