ELECTRONIC PRINT ORDERS
You will need to use the intranet for sending your electronic print orders. Here is the process for your initial sign up and how to process print orders.
HOW TO SIGN UP:
Click on PRINT & DESIGN SERVICES on the intranet home page on the left side under DEPARTMENTS. Click on PRINTSHOP PRO WEBDESK then on REGISTER NOW. Do your registration process. Once you are registered, Carolyn needs to activate your account so email her at email@example.com and let her know you have registered. As soon as she processes your account you will be set to submit print orders through the intranet site.
HOW TO SUBMIT ORDERS:
Once you have your code and Carolyn has activated your account, you will be able to sign on to the print services website by clicking on PRINT & DESIGN SERVICES then PRINTSHOP PRO WEBDESK then LOG IN.
This will take you directly into the website. Follow the links to what your print needs are. Make sure your document is in PDF form.
Print orders that are submitted by 2:00 pm will be delivered to the school by 8:20 the next morning.

We have two convenience copiers in the main building and one at the Health and Science campus. These are for small quick jobs. They cost twice as much as the print shop charges so please use the electronic printshop process as much as possible.
